A room on Central Park Ave
One More Sip opened in May 2026, in a storefront that had sat empty on Central Park Ave. It is run by one family. We serve matcha, espresso and the desserts we grew up eating, in a room we built to be sat in.
The room
Green marble along the counter, an olive tree by the window, and enough light through the front that you can read at the tables all afternoon. People come in for a cup and stay for an hour. That was the point.
Behind the bar
Espresso pulled to order, matcha whisked by hand, one cup at a time. Nothing sits waiting. If it takes an extra minute, it is because it is being made properly.
The case
Croissants in the morning, and the desserts the family grew up on the rest of the day: pistachio baklava, kunafa, date cookies. What is in the case changes with what was made that morning.
