A family took a vacant storefront on Central Park Ave and turned it into a bright room with a green marble counter and an olive tree by the window. Open since May 2026. Matcha, coffee, tea and Middle Eastern desserts.

Because the first one is never enough. The strawberry sits at the bottom of the cup, the matcha on top, and the cold foam is always a dollar.
